Ribbon Cuttings

Ribbon cuttings are a great opportunity to introduce the Chamber membership and community to your business and become acquainted with your services! The Chamber staff and our Chamber Ambassadors bring our giant scissors and bow and snap plenty of pictures to share online. Then, we write a press release to be featured in the Valdosta Daily Times.

 

Scheduling

  • Ribbon cuttings are usually scheduled Tuesday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

 

  • Setting a date 10-14 days before will give you time to invite your family, customers, and clients. This also gives necessary time for the Chamber Ambassador volunteers to make arrangements to attend and help celebrate your BIG day!
