Leading Business of the Week: Baytree Animal Hospital
by Chamber News on July 25th, 2014

Baytree Animal Hospital was named Leading Business of the Week by the  Valdosta-Lowndes Chamber of Commerce for July 14th!

Baytree Animal Hospital is one of Valdosta’s most highly-rated veterinary hospitals. It seeks first and foremost to offer the best care and service possible to its clients and their owners through its capable staff, compassion, preventative care and client education. The business is a member of the American Animal Hospital Association, a status only attained by 3,200 veterinary practices in the United States and Canada. Teresa Steinberg, office manager, also believes the business’s new additions and innovations have contributed to its longstanding success.

“We’ve recently become a cat-friendly practice sponsored by the American Association of Feline Practitioners,” said Steinberg. “We also attempt to mentor our staff and have had six of our staff members attend veterinary school, one of which has continued his education to become a board-certified veterinary surgeon." In addition to its remarkable credentials, Baytree Animal Hospital also offers a wide range of services to its clients including but not limited to wellness exams, vaccinations, 24-hour emergency services, microchipping and dental care. The practice also offers grooming services such as bathing, dematting, nail clipping, boarding and daycare. “We always treat your pet as a valued family member,” said Steinberg. “Our goal is to provide our complete attention to you and your pet’s needs during your appointment.”

Baytree Animal Hospital has also thrived as a member of the Valdosta-Lowndes Chamber of Commerce. According to the office manager, Chamber membership has boosted the practice’s clientele over the years.

The Chamber would like to extend a special thank-you to New Hire Solutions, the official 2014 Sponsor of Leading Business of the Week.
