New Chamber members, as well as current members looking to refresh their knowledge, came together on Wednesday for the Chamber 101 meeting. Chairman of the Board Jay Prince introduced fellow Board members and staff to attendees. Staff followed with program information, orienting new members on how the Chamber works and the numerous ways the Chamber is beneficial to members' businesses. Once the members were better acquainted with the Chamber, each guest had the opportunity to introduce themselves and their business. The monthly meetings are a great way for members to learn more about the Chamber and to spread the word about what their business is doing.
"The meeting was very helpful," Julia Stokes, with Title Town Billiards, said. "Just being a member will really help with advertising and learning to be a new business owner."
